Three Generations of Little League

Saturday was opening day for our Little League, and our son's first ever baseball game (Pee Wee T-Ball). They were so cute and did so well. Here are some photos:

Jack is #5 (the blonde) and they are waiting for the ceremonies to start after they ran onto the Major field.

Grandma and Big Brother's biggest fan (Jenelle).

Jack at bat.

Three generations. DH, Jack and Grandpa, who is also the "District Administrator" (ie: head honcho) of the entire district covering 6 leagues!

Going home! Jack and cousin Trevor get a ride on the wagon with all the baseball equipment.

So how was your weekend?

Fun! The Little League years were the best...I still have one in Pony League, and he'll play high school baseball next year, but it's not the same. I have two nephews in Little League so I can still go to games. I always thought those old men that hung around the Little League fields were kind of creepy, but now I know they're just there because they enjoy the games. I'll probably be there too when I'm their age. Enjoy this time.
